Unable to change G-RAID to RAID 1 - No Devices Found

Hi, I am attempting to change my G-RAID to RAID 1 and following the steps here: https://support.g-technology.com/KnowledgeBase/answer.aspx?ID=14082

I am getting a “No Devices Found” while using the G-RAID Studio Configurator. How do I proceed here?.

My drive is a G-RAID 4 TB Drive S/N B461V00150 and I am using a MAC with High Sierra V10.13.1 (17B1003)

What is with the “new users can only put two images in a post” - c’mon guys, really?..

Any help would be much appreciated with what appears to be a simple but very frustrating issue.

That is because you used the wrong configurator. You don’t have the G-RAID Studio. You have the G-RAID removable. You need this software: G-RAID Removable Software Utility
