I tried everything from resetting the device, plugging it straight to the computer, and all possible solutions, Still i can’t access the web ui. my MBL works fine with laptops and desktops but my mobile devices are actually the ones suffering. Any advice?
Do you have SSH access to the drive?
I have exactly the same problem. I can access files on the device but not connect to the bonjour web UI i any way. Tried resetting multiple times also. Filed a support request to WD last week but no response yet.
