Unable to access my book live shares java problem

Hi can anyone please help I have just purchased one of these drives 24hrs ago and I have been trying to access it through wd2go.com on a computer running win 7. I can log on to the site enter my Email address and password and it then loads a my book live large icon which shows I have 3 shares above it but when I click on the my book live icon a java icon starts spinning round which is trying to load java and that is as far as it goes just spinning for ever.

I have updated the firmware on the mbl drive to the latest one 02.42.02-012 cor f/w

I have also reloaded java the latest ver ( many times)

I am running ie 10

and all windows updates are up to date

please help as I am pulling my hair out here

I too am having trouble accessing my book live.  Got the follwoing error code
