I can’t get into my shares using remote access (wd2go). I enter my name and password, and an icon of the MyBookLive appears under ‘My WD Devices’. But when I click on that icon, I get a glimpse of the dashboard for about 2 seconds before getting diverted to an Oracle website selling Java products. I gather many many others have had this problem, but is there a solution? Many thanks
By the way I just found the post by WD’d ‘Bill’ from 1/27/2015 about a new firmware release that seems like it is supposed to resolve this problem, but all my firmware is up to date and still the problem persists.

Have you tried different Internet Browsers? What version of JAVA is installed in your system?
