Twonky Media Server won't read new folders and some new files

It’s been a while since I noticed that all new folders and some kind of files added on mycloud won’t show in twonky media server. Can’t find a pattern of why some of them shows, while others don’t. On smb connection they show correctly, but it’s unusable on a smart tv.
The log shows these errors. I would be glad if anyone could help!

Do you have a single bay/drive My Cloud model or a multi bay My Cloud model? Have you made any changes to the My Cloud using SSH?

Couple of troubleshooting suggestions. Access the Twonky administration page, for example http://192.168.1.1/9000. Go to the Advanced page and select the following buttons at the bottom of the page in the following order, waiting a couple of minutes between each button select: Clear Cache, Reset to Defaults, Rescan Content Folders.

Make sure the media is supported by the Twonky Media Server.

Make sure the Share containing the media files has Media Serving enabled on it in the My Cloud Dashboard.

And see the unofficial Twonky My Cloud FAQ to see if there is any additional suggestions:

Single bay, no SSH modifications. I tried all the troubleshootings (rescan, restarting the server, cleaning cache) both from the 9000 twonky media server and from the mycloud page settings. I’m stuck ToT

Did this and worked perfectly!!!
