Yea seems that after restarting the NAS became responsive. I was surprised, as I had quite a lot of problems with the communication between PC and NAS. Seems iOS is more reliable

Now, the problem is happening again. I restarted the computer and the NAS several times, I changed the Wifi from 2.4to 5ghz, nothing again. Is states that there the server is unresponsive with error 21. I even removed from the list of the back up devices and place it again, but no use.
Any experience or advise?In generally, it never happened to perform any back up on my NAS as is said that there was an error. I mainly wanted to attach external drive to transfer all data there and then whenever I make changes to the exdrive to be transferred to the Cloud. Nothing.
At the end I contacted WD support and advised to use App Web file view and seems that works somehow, though sometimes there is problem in transferring and some of the files are defective. But mainly works. Nevertheless, that’s not the perfect file transfer app like Finder works on Mac. The main need of a private Cloud has been for me, to transfer all of my data that I gathered on different drives (internal and external) to put on one place and not having separate computer for that and in same time using mirroring. So this system is not the most convenient thing to have, unless you just starting with gathering new data from Zero. Like opening new company, or having a new hobby as a photograph.
