Time machine cant get access to backup disc “timemachinebackup” operation cannot be finished (OSStatus error 2.)
It happens right after I log in. What should I do?

When did this start to happen? What is the firmware version of your WD My Cloud and the version of Mac OS running on your system? Does this happen on a wired connection as opposed to a wireless connection? Did you map your NAS using AFP before the Time Machine backup?
It is my first Time Machine backup on WD Mycloud. I have Yosemite 10.10.5 and the firmware is v04.04.02-105. I did not try wired connection. I did not map my NAS using AFP before the backup.
Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem.
