The EX4 will not set-up - and not reset

I tried to get my new EX4 started yesterday.

It never got passes the “Welcome to…” led-message.

And there we are, still waiting.

The reset button does not do anything - 5 sec’s or 60 sec’s…

Is there an alternative way to make a factory reset?

Hello, this is not a good sign when you reset the unit does it stay at this point. I recommend trying to connect the unit on a different power outlets just to test, if this does not change the behaviour of the unit i recommend contacting support:
