The data volume on the drive is not accessible

What can I do? I don’t want to restart and delete al the files.

Hi nditzik, what color is the My Book Live front light? As a troubleshooting step, you can press the reset button on the back of the My Book for 4 seconds and connect the My Book Ethernet cable directly to the PC.

Hello again, unfortunately if the front LED is Red it means hardware failure. You can check page 12 for the possible causes. I would recommend you to contact tech support directly for further advice on how to recover your data.
