WD please step up your communcation. The community keeps asking for simple features, features this device should have had day one. This device in it’s current form is useless. I cannot backup the My Cloud Home, the single drive version really need this! I cannot share folders with other users othe then using the familiy folder and for some borderline reason I CANNOT upload anything other then pictues with the My Cloud Home app on mobile. Who needs this device when there is Dropbox, Drive, Amazon Drive, Stack. Sure, they might be a bit more expensive but I don’t have to worry about drives failing.
You are either planning something big for us what I doubt OR support is long gone for this device. Either way, I’m not recommending this device to anyone, not even someone I hate.
