The latest update made it possible to open .pdf with the My Cloud Home so thank you for that WD. How about the option to open office files like word, excel.

I have the same problem. It is impossible to open office documents on my android device stored on the WD Mycloud home. My previous WD Mycloud did not have this difficulty. How to solve?
