I have configured My New WD My Cloud Home. After Transferring my files. When checked with the Mobile app not able to open a single document with this app.
Please inform if anyone solved this problem
the mobile app does not support documents. you would need to download the file to your mobile device and use an app that supports the file type to open it.
That’s not correct.
I tried downloading 4 different pdf readers to my tablet (including the Adobe one that is on the WD recommended list) and none were listed as “Send To” options when trying to open a file.
My work-around was to Send To my Box account, and then open the file from there (Box does give you an option to use any of the installed PDF readers).

I am able to save MS Word or .PDF documents to Google Drive or MS One Drive and open them in the correct app from there.
