Temerature log

in my log file I see “critical” unable read HD1 (or and HD2) temperature. Is this a worrying message and what can be done about it. My WDDL4100 is bought late December 2016 .I thought so in fact still new. Ill tray to send this option to WD factory but he wond send this message dont know why so i ask this in your forum. BTW i live in Belgium

I get the same msg from time to time… But when click the diagnostic button on the main page (dashboard), it tells me temperatures of both drives (dl2100). I quess it is a bug.
