Looking to store video of services and events captured at our church. Need to watch budget so here’s my question. If we went with a G Raid 12TB 2bay Thunderbolt unit, can we just remove and store both hard drives and replace with new when capacity reached?
Yes you can just get new drives that are larger capacity, swap them into the trays and create a new RAID. Always do it in identical pairs.
