Switch computers and now cannot see MyCloud Mirror (1st Gen)

Hi, I am sorry if this a redundant questions. I have tried some of the recommend suggestions from online and i still cannot access my mycloud device.

i recently bought a new computer (windows 10) and when i plugged in my cloud device to my router, the computer still doesn’t recognize it.

Also, i notice that only 1 of the bay lights is blue, the other one is off?

Can anyone here assist a struggling tech person to help resolved this? Not sure where else to turn to.

Not recognizing the NAS is a Windows 10 “feature”. There are “fixes” that work sometimes, sometimes not. Search on this forum for the suggested fixes.

The LED that is dark is bad. You can live without it.
