Sudden loss of remote access

Hello everyone, 

I’ve been using the mobile apps to access my cloud for months now, but today when I tried to get in, it said the cloud was offline. I also saw the apps had updates, so I installed those, but now it still says it’s offline. It could be my home network is down, but I have no reason to think that is the case. Does anyone have another possible reason for this? Thank you all for any help you can provide.

Im sorry to read that you are unable to access the drive remotely.

If you have tried to uninstall the app and re-installed it and still have the same issue, try using a computer, if that doesn’t work might be your network.

its the same from the ios app and android app all showing network connection errors.
