Speed 0 bytes/s

Greetings,

I am totally disappointed and regret once more having purchased a WD Cloud drive.
Using local connection via WD Discovery I finished by being unable to copy data to the My Cloud Home drive.
As in subject after verifying the content to be copied the speed drops to… 0 bytes/s
Often it stops at a file, freezes Explorer, slows the system,etc.

Is there any fix for that… issue?

I have requested a replacement but it seems a user is to paid for the return shipping and the drive/replacement is supposed to be shipped after receiving it.

I will appreciate any helpful piece of advice.
