WD My Cloud Home FREEZES Wondows Explorer - Impossible to Use it

Greetings,

Need urgent assistance or replacement (warranty covered).
Every time I start moving or copying data from a local drive via WD Discovery (webpage does not allow adding folders) the operation starts and in a few seconds stops showing a certain (frozen) data speed transfer.
Nothing else could resolve the problem but restarting the machine. All in vain.

I need a serious piece of solution, support email or any infos on replacing the… HD.
