Sonos Library Not Updating with MyCloudHome Alburms & Songs

Thanks to all others in the Community with similar questions.

I have my Sonos system “seeing” and playing from the MyCloudHome. Unfortunately, it shows only 200 of 2,000 of my albums. Per: My Cloud Home: 3rd Party App Sonos Usage, all I need to do is wait six hours for a refresh. [" Newly added, moved or deleted content on a My Cloud Home will not appear in the Sonos app until the 6 hour refresh process has completed while the Sono app remains open and connected to the My Cloud Home]. This did not happen.

I worked with Sonos Techs, who decoupled the MyCloudHome, and then re-registered it. Nicely, it added my library…but, again, only ~200 of my albums. I know this re-linking did something for some new albums now were logged. (I don’t know if others were eliminated; but no matter).

How do I get 100% of my albums and songs playable from MyCloudHome, in to Sonos?

Regards,
StephenCMarsh

[FYI…and of no import… I have a MyCloud NAS in another house and it is logged in as “Music Library” when I am on that wifi network. All works well there…as in all 2,000+ albums show and are playable. But MyCloudHome is another service, just like Pandora, TuneIn, etc. It appears that the MCHome is hooked up differently than the MyCloud. I believe this to be correct, based on the instructions and my work w/ the Sonos Techs.]
