My Cloud Home and SONOS

I have everything set up, moved my music library into my MCH, but SONOS can’t play more than one or two songs without it saying “Unable to play '[song title]” - the connection to My Cloud Home was lost". My Cloud Home, and a SONOS Boost are plugged into the same router. Anyone know how to make it work?

This is to inform you that newly added, moved or deleted content on a My Cloud Home will not appear in the Sonos app until the 6-hour refresh process has completed while the Sono app remains open and connected to the My Cloud Home.

Hopefully this will bump this query. I have had the same problem almost permanently with my combination of Home Cloud Duo and Sonos. Narrowing down the issue with Tech support from Sonos and our internet provider, I suspect the issue is the modem+router - which only does 100mb, and is not a gigabit router. Sonos works fine when it doesn’t have to take music from the drive. Does anyone else have the same issue?
