Something keeps disableing my WD SmartWare Pro backup

I use WD SmartWare Pro version 2.4.16 to backup my documents but just recently something is disabling the backup. I have to keep clicking the enable button.

I’m running 64bit Windows 10 Anniversary Update and backing up to a 4Tb My Book.

Have you tried reinstalling the application? if not, please try that using the version from the WD Support site.
