SmartWare hasn't backed up files since upgrading to Windows 10

I have noticed today that my SmartWare has not executed a backup since migrating to Windows 10. I am running the most recent version of SmartWare (2.4.16). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product to no avail. As soon as I select the files/folders to backup and select the frequency and click “Enable Backup”, the system generates the following error message: “The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)”

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

What type of file is it?

What is the update since it was passed along to support? Is there a fix?

No updates or reply from support in 5 MONTHS! Talk about sorry service! Guess now I’m a FORMER Western Digital customer.
