WD SmartWare Pro 2.4.5521 not backing continuously

I have been using WD Smart Pro for a couple of years.  Recently after installing the lastest update I realized that it was noling backing up anything.  I have set it to back up continuouly.  It only starts the backup if I manually start it.  Please help me out if you know a fiz to this issue.

By the way, I’m using a WD 3TB My Book for my backup drive

Have you tried reinstalling the application? 

You can try to download the latest version directly from the web site to see if something went wrong with the update.

Elmore, thanks again, but that did not work. I even tried to setup a backup time, when my computer would be idol. That didn’t work either
