Solid yellow light/ can't find on network /my cloud/personal storage

Hello, I have a solid yellow light, blue no longer will show. I also can’t connect to anymore through apps and network. I have changed modems to sbg 6580. I can hear the hd turning on and feel it turning when handling to case. I have try both styles off resets and don’t know where to go from here.

As a troubleshooting step try putting a network switch between the My Cloud and the router. There is a known issue with some routers that is explained in the following WD Knowledgebase article.
