Solid red light when booting up connected to network

Hi, my cloud 4tb goes into solid red light mode whenever the device boots with the network cable connected. But it works fine if I connect the network cable after booting. I have tried system resetting on mycloud, resetting my router Archer 2300, adding static IP in both router and my cloud. Nothing seems to work. It had worked fine with the same set up for the past 6months. The diagnostics on mycloud dashboard says all ok. Have also tried different lan ports on the router and different lan cables.

Apart from the dashboard status which shows Device Status is OK, Red Power LED on a My Cloud Device Mostly means Hardware fault, Firmware issue or Low Disk Space. Since the Dashboard shows the Status - OK, Then you may refer to the following article - Click Here
