I have MyCloud Ex2Ultra configured as one 4TB drive, with 1.75 TB free space, which I use for network backup on my Mac.
It is connected to my cable modem/router via an ethernet cable. I recently replaced my cable modem/router, and ever since the power LED on the MyCloud is solid red.
I have the most recent firmware. And everything seems to be working normally. I can access the MyCloud drive from my laptop. The only “problem” (at least that I am aware of) is that solid red LED.
Is this a problem, or something I can ignore? I know there was an earlier discussion of this kind of issue here, but none of the suggestions there seems to make any difference.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
