SN850X Not Fully Detected by Dashboard

Hello,

I have a 2TB SN850X with Heatsink. I am trying to get the RGB working so it doesn’t flash an amber LED. It is being used as the primary (and only) drive in my PC running Windows 11.

I have installed the latest WD Dashboard software several days ago and rebooted multiple times since. The dashboard itself knows the drive exists, but it does not show any capacity/metrics/health information. The dashboard also does not have any settings for RGB, despite screenshots of the dashboard elsewhere showing an RGB tab.

How can I solve these problems? Thanks.

I was using the SNI NVM driver. I “updated” the driver back to the Windows default and this solved the problem. My dashboard now behaves as expected. Thanks to WD support for noticing this.
