i have installed smartware pro on my pc but if i want to setup the backup i put my username and pasword then nothing happend on a other pc with the smartware it normal do his job that is a pc with windows 8 the pc with the pro version is w7 pro

what can i do?

What do you mean nothing happens? The backup doesn’t start? The application doesn’t allow you to select the share?

its just what i say nothing!  i select the drive and it say put your username and password when i do it  nothing happens i try also with admin as user also nothing.

i hope someone can help otherwise i have to try to go to the normal smartware software.

problem solved , client for microsoft network was missing greetings and thanx anyway Harm
