SmartWare does not start backing up files

Hello,

I bought a WD MyCloud today.

I have installed SmartWare on my Windows 7 laptop.

SmartWare will not even start to backup files.

Attempted solutions:

Reinstalled the software
Updated to the latest version
Windows updates are fully up to date
Tried continual and schedules backup including “Backup now” button
Updated to the latest version.

It doesn’t seem to be working at all, having spent 4hrs on it now.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Have you looked under the _ Help _ tab for directions in setting up backup?

Provide information on the steps you have used to start your backup.

What share have you chosen to backup to? See image below.
