Shuttle XL 24TB does not work with Asus Proart Z790 motherboard

Hi everyone,

I recently replaced my HPz640 with thunderbolt 2 for a workstation with the Asus Proart Z790 motherboard and core i9 13900K processor.

The new motherboard has two thunderbolt 3/4 connections via usb-c connection.
To attach the TB2 cable from my Shuttle XL, I use an apple TB3 to TB2 adapter, and i’ve been using that same connection since 2019 when I bought an HP laptop with thunderbolt 3, for fast offload on location. so that works.

But using the same connection on my new pc, I cannot get it to work.
I installed the lastest drivers:
SanDisk_WinDrv_Installer_V6.2.0.16-2_WHQL
G-RAID_Software_Utility_300520006-2
from the website, but still, the software utility does not see the drive, nor the thunderbolt connection and it does not show up in device/disk management.

Could someone point me in the right direction of what I should do? I already have an open case with WD support, but so far, no luck.

Like I said in the original post, I have an open support case with WD, but so far no luck with troubleshooting
