My ShareSpace 4TB NAS device no longer turns on. I had ordered a new power supply, hoping that’s the issue. If it is not, am I able to purchase another ShareSpace NAS (the same model), put the drives in and (after some network configuration) be able to access my files? It was configured as RAID5.
It does not show any lights (on the front, or on the motherboard) at all after plugging it into a reliable power outlet.
