Can't power OFF the WD NAS

Hi,

We have a WD ShareSpace on our network (in a DMZ). It is a RAID 10.

Some days ago, the HD number 4 FAIL.

So, yesterday, we turn off the equipament, take a look at the drive (to see what type of drive was) put it again, and turn ON.

Now, the light for HD 4 is green, the poer light is stead and the network is green flashing.

But the drive is not accessible.

And we are unable to turn off again. Press the power button on the fron for 4 or more seconds does nothing.

Any ideas?

Hopefully if you reset the unit this might help, In the pass, reset corrected issues with the Nas after pressing the button with a paperclip.
