As of today I am experiencing the following issues, with two different MyCloud Home devices.

If I try to download a Link that is in existence already from a Browser I get
‘UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED - PLEASE TRY LATER’ -
If I log into my Home account, I can download the file.
However I need to be able to download it from the Link via a Browser. -
I can log into my Home Account via the Net.
If I try to create a share link from there I get this message:-
‘SERVER ERROR PLEASE TRY LATER’ -
If I try to create a Share Link from the drive itself, the usual Window opens (but with everything inaccessible, then after about 30 seconds I get a pop up window, bottom right of the screen saying:-
‘THERE WAS AN ISSUE CREATING THE LINK … CHECK YOUR CONNECTION’
I have done all that can be done here. Re-booting the Drives. Re-booting the Router / Modem etc.
The status of the WD Home server is shown as ‘UP’
Is anyone else experiencing this PLEASE???
