If I try to share a folder or file using www.mycloud.com after clicking share and then get Link I always get an error message
Unknown Error. Retry your last operation. If the error persists contact WD Support for assistance (200000)
The same happens if I enter an email address and click the Share button instead of clicking Get Link.
Any ideas how I can resolve this. Its Windows 10

Does resetting the unit makes any changes? If you haven’t try that, try using the reset button on the back of the unit.
Thank you. I hadn’t thought to do that. I did a 40 second reset and after a lot of waiting and some reconfiguring I am now able to send links from the windows app but still not from my android app.
It’s a start so thank you very much for that useful reply.
I am having this same issue I cannot share anything I have tried on Android device and on browser.
I dont want to do a 40s reset as it clears apps and user setting etc.
I have reset the device (it cleared the admin password) but still not working.
