Cant Share File On My cloud Home after new Update. Create Link Response "Server Error Please try again" Multiple People Reporting WD

WD, please look at your forums, you have multiple people with same issue, when you go to create a link in my cloud home you get a “server error, Please try again” message with no way to resolve, customer service help, doesn’t work. You can restart all your equipment and hard reset and still nothing.

Please listen to your customers.

You MUST complain to WD. Forum posts are not having any result.
Read the other posts. WD are not acknowledging this. I is obviously a problem with their Severs / Software.
