Create share link / add and remove users access not working

I cant generate a share link for anything (files/folders) and also i cant remove or add access thru email invitation. For the 1st option ( share link ) says server error try again later, and for the 2nd it says it added/removed user access but user doesnt get any invitation.

Anyone else with this problem?

thank you man, when i opened the post there was no info about this. now ive read somewhere that some of their servers are down.
