Setting up my Elemenst 4tb drive so I can use all of it, currently only allowing 2 tb

I’ve followed the instructions on trying to format my Elements 4tb Hard Drive so I can use all of it - but it’s still showing two separate partitions - on e of which I can’t access or use. I have Windows 10. Any ideas?

Try writing zeroes to the drive using WD DLG then initialize/format it to GPT partition table.

I downloaded and used the WD Quick formatting tool, and it seems to have worked.
