You have to do the middle step, recreate storage first. When it is done look at the log file in the wd folder of the thumb no matter what the lcd says.
At the end of the log file make sure it says what you expect.

kindally when the WD start the LCD Message show : start up failed: 0xD9
and when i run the create my storage appear invalid drive count,but I tested the driver with diagnostic utility
and it’s PASS.
sounds like you need to initialize/clean each drive first. Take one drive at a time and slave it to another pc or use a usb dock of some sort. open diskmgmt.msc, select the correct disk and initialize it. you can even create a simple disk and format it if you like, but that should not be required. After you have reset all the disk’s put them back in the wd box and do recreate storage, then recover my server. All of your disc’s are the ones that came with it correct?
