Is there a red light on any of the drives?
This usually means a bad drive, if the DX4000 is new you might want to exchange at the store

Hi Wizer,
The drive LED is blue. and the storage is new.
I need support, Idea please.
You need to do recreate my storage first. You may have to run it more than once recreating the thumb drive each time untill it says storage okay. Then move to perform recovery

Hi Gramps,
I try to recreating but it show “Recovery invalid Config”
So I think to config array rebuild again. …HOW?
and
if any help me to create a bootable stick ??
Thanks to all
Clcik recreate my storage and it will make the usb stick for you. Each time you boot with it you have to recreate it. Try it again

You still have the same hard drives that came in the box? You have not added any drives?
Make sure that the drives are properly seated.
There is a new build of the recovery ISO. I am downloading it now. You might try the new one also

Again, these are the same drives that came in the box?
Make sure they are properly seated.
The lights above the drives, are they on the same color for each bay that has a drive in it?
It may be that you have a bad drive.
Each time you boot with that thumb drive you need to recreate it.
