I am dissapointed by WD support .
My WD Blue WD60EZRZ stopped responding . I tried to find support by entering the model but the official WD support states that there is no such model . I also tried to find a solution with the S/N but nobody in WD can recognize that too . I guess you do not keep records of older products . Reminds me to stop buying your products .
