I have tried to raise a support case for a problem I have with my DL4100 via WD Support but it will not recognise the Model number (P/N) for the DL4100 - WDBNEZ0000NBK-00
I entered WDBNEZ0000NBK-00 and when I submit the form it comes back with please enter a valid model number
Does this look like a valid model number or I have missed something out?
I have also tried entering the Serial Number S/N - which starts[Deleted]… but again the samething the web site does not appear to recognise it as a vaild serial number.
I did check the help section and the format appears valid
