How long has it been since you accessed it last? I was on RR from the mid 90s, then over to Spectrum (Charter) when they acquired it from Time Warner. Are you still a Spectrum customer?
I switched ISP’s to Verizon 2 years ago. While I lost access to Spectrum Cable services right away, I could still access my RR.Com mail accounts using my rr.com email address and passwords for a short while. No longer.
