Password reset doesn't work

I tried to reset my password for my real account and never receive the email.  So thinking I never registered tried to register with my home email  and get the message that it’s in use.  So this confirms I was registered I tried to get me email reset to no avail.  Great I’ll just set up another account just to post on this board how my new router is starting to aggravate me…hence the name and my overall experience with WD.
