Resetting password

I have lost my password to sign into my cloud home storage device so have been trying to reset it. Once I click forgotton password there is a message saying a reset link is sent to email. Unfortunatly the email has not been sent to me. I have checked my junk box!
If i cant reset my password then i cant access all my photo’s. If someone has any ideas on this issue it would be much appreciated.

What e-mail did you use to create an account and is that where you are looking for the e-mail message to change your password.

I don’t know about a junk box, but you should check your Spam folder!!!

Thank you for the reply! Yes the email I set up the account is where I am looking. Yes have checked spam.
