I have lost my password to sign into my cloud home storage device so have been trying to reset it. Once I click forgotton password there is a message saying a reset link is sent to email. Unfortunatly the email has not been sent to me. I have checked my junk box!
If i cant reset my password then i cant access all my photo’s. If someone has any ideas on this issue it would be much appreciated.
