Can't reset password

Hello, I’m using the worlds worst cloud storage “My Cloud Home”…

I forgot my password and tried to reset it. I get a reset link from mycloud website, and I click, set the new password and when I try to save, it says, “reset password link is expired”.

Anyone have an idea?

And special thanks to WD for ruining our lives by developing such a product…

Sometimes they do have server problems, but now it is working and no official reports of connection problems. You could always try a different network, for example your mobile devices.
