MyCloud Web - any problems? (e.g. password reset)

Hi there,

i received an email “personal cloud created”. I did nothing today.

I signed in on “files.mycloud.com” to have a look what happened. Nothing.
To be secure i wanted to change my password but it was not possible because reset-email is not sent
to my email-account.

So are there any problems?
