MyCloud Password Nightmare

For the past two days I have been trying to sign in to the mycloud.com webisite. I have gone through the process of changing password. The web page said it was successful. This morning I went to the account page. I recieved a message about a new email address and account. As if i had just created it. My profile shows up. All the info is new and the support tickets are gone. In short. I can not sign in to MY Cloud web page. I am trying to do this from a win 7 machine with IE. I spoke to support about it and they gave me a “we are having trouble on our end and engineers are working on it”. Really? for two days? Has anyone been able to figure out how to get them to listen or help you? I wish to make some changes and add users. I can not.

Have you tried the Dashboard? This is where you would create users and work with shares. Have you read the User Manual?
