My email has been suspended

I haven’t logged into my my cloud account for a while. When I tried to log in I got a message:
We have detected a potential security issue with this account. To protect your account, we have prevented this login. Please reset your password to proceed

The other problem is that my e-mail has been suspended, how can I access my data on the device?

Are you saying you only have one e-mail account? I have several.

I meant my owner email account

And yes I registered one owner email

I cannot request a password reset because my e-mail has been suspended. How can I change the e-mail? I contacted one of your employees and he told me that it is impossible? What is this bad service? How is there no other way to verify if you are unable to access the e-mail?

I had a similar issue. When I typed my password it kept saying it’s wrong and then locked my account. It is also not actually sending email to reset but says it has sent.
