Reset password / Can't connect dashboard

Hi all,

I just got a new modem from my internet provider and now i can’t connect the dashboard :frowning:
I can see all the folders on my macbook.

I want to change some settings in the dashboard so i try to reinstall the software, maybe it helps. When i do that, i see the cloud but i don;t remember my password.

Can i do a 40sec reset?
Wil i keep my files?
I Don’t want to lose them.

Please help.
