Reset botton dosent work :(

Hi All,

after upgrade my WD ShareSpace 4T raid5 with last firmware,

the HDD dosen’t respond me.

The sharespace is “lost” on my LAN…

http, or direct ip, dosent work.

If possible the firmware is corrupt?

Have the same issue… 

What I could find out was that with a cross over cable connected directly to my PC and an IP scanner I scanned the whole 169.254.255.255 subnet and found the device on 169.254.120.181.  I could ping the device but the WD Discovery tool could not find it and I was unable to SSH or http(s) into the device.

I have created an Advanced RMA with WD.  Once the new unit from WD gets here I hope to swap drives and still see my data, but I pretty much resigned to all data is gone at this point…

but,

the only solution of this problem after firmware update is open RMA with WD?
